a {almost) first

Well, I was planning on posting pictures of our {fun} Spring Break Vacation in St. George. But I thought this would be a little more fun!!!!

I was actually just trying to video her pushing L in the little toy, but got this instead! She took 1 step on Easter Sunday, and then yesterday she took 2 steps but other than that, this is her first!!! I am so glad I was able to catch this!!!

{LJ} got these wings on her Easter basket. I didn't realize that when I bought the basket, so it was a nice suprise!!! and look, SHE'S STANDING!!! She took one step on Saturday night. Its so fun and so sad at the same time!!! I can't believe how much she's grown!!! I see my new baby niece {S} and {LJ} looks so big. She'll be 1 year in 2 months, where does the time go???

Well, {LJ} is eating the dog food at the moment, so gotta run!!!

While Dear Hubby was out doing his Scouting Adventure, (if you call sleeping in the snow an adventure, I just call it NUTS) LJ and I snuggled on the couch and watched *EMMA* one of my alltime favorite Jane Austen novels. It was on MASTERPIECE THEATER of all places. And while it didn't follow the story line completley It was pretty good!!! BONUS: Mr. Knightley was H.O.T (but not hotter than DH of course ;)
LJ fell asleep after about 5 minutes, but it's the thought that counts, right???

And because I feel any post is worthless without a picture. . .



PS My computer is still KAPUT. . . BLEAH

a little update!!!

Bad news is. . . My computer has a virus.

Good news is. . . My wonderful Husband got a Laptop for his Birthday.

Christmas was a lot of fun. The kids got lots of fun stuff!!!

E got a Nintendo DS. He hasn't played it for a bout a week, and won't for another week because he is grounded from it. I won't go into details, but I really don't think he'll make that mistake again!



L got a Sticker book. Heaven forbid we actually put the stickers in the book, however. Let's put them on our face, on our clothes, on our wall, on our toys, in LJ's mouth, on Mom. . . Anywhere but the book!



LJ got some cute clothes, some cute baby dolls and some cute toys. But SHE is the cutest one of all!!!



She is even cute with Cherrio's all over her face!



Do you ever wonder why {they} complain and cry about getting in the bathtub, and then they turn into this, {below} and refuse to get out???



Yep. Me too!!!

This is about as dressed as L gets. Go figure!

{L} started rice cereal. Didn't like it so much at first. But she loved it with mashed up bananas! She loves Squash, not green beans so much.
